- What is the quality of your hair?
All of our hair is Grade AAAAAAA Quality & double drawn. Our hair does not shed, tangle or matt up & we stand behind the quality of our hair.
2. How many Grams or OZ comes in a bundle?
100gram = 3.5 OZ
3. How many bundles do I need to complete a full head?
12" - 24" needs 3 bundles, 24" - 30" needs 4+ bundles
4. What is your return or exchange policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! EXCHANGE ONLY and items must be in its original state as received (unopened, unwrapped, unaltered, unworn, undamaged & all tags & packaging must be included.
We do not accept any merchandise that has ben used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored or washed) exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the hair. Shipping charges are NOT refunded.
5. How long does it take to process & receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received & are shipped via DHL EXPRESS Drop Ship or USPS Priority Mail. Estimated Time within 7 business days.
Customized Colors & Lengths take an additional 3 business days. (See Special Order Section)
6. How long does the hair last?
6 months to a year as long as its properly cared for
7. Can the hair be colored?
Yes. But we advise you to use a professional colorist/stylist
8. What color does the hair come in?
Virgin Hair comes in its Natural State 1B - 4 (Dark brown to light brown). Any other color preference is $20 per bundle & you can indicate that in the options box.
